Foundation

Lead research with a human finish.

PounceBase should feel sharp, useful, calm, and trustworthy. The product does the research and drafting work, while the user keeps control of every message that goes out.

Core idea

Find leads automatically. Reach out personally.

Primary promise

Qualified leads and personal drafts, with every send reviewed and clicked by a real person.

Audience

Sales teams, founders, operators, and business development teams who care about relevant outreach.

Positioning

Research assistance and drafted outreach, not LinkedIn account automation or bulk auto-sending.

Logo system

Official logo files.

Use the lockup when there is room to show the name. Use the square mark when the context is compact or the product name already appears nearby.

Primary lockup preview

Primary lockup

Use when PounceBase should be named clearly, such as partner pages, press mentions, and presentation covers.

Clear space and size

Keep the mark crisp and calm.

The mark is a strike-on-target icon: two chevrons above a base line inside a rounded gradient tile. It needs enough space to keep that shape readable.

Clear space

Keep at least one third of the square mark height around every side of the mark or lockup.

Minimum digital sizes

Use the lockup at 140px wide or larger. Use the square mark at 32px or larger in navigation and product UI.

Favicons and app icons

Use the supplied favicon files for browsers and the 180px or 512px app icons for home-screen and PWA contexts.

Color system

Blue energy, quiet surfaces.

The palette is bright and product-led. Blue carries the action and recognition; neutral surfaces keep the interface focused and credible.

Typography

Clean system typography.

PounceBase should read like a modern product, not a campaign poster. Keep type crisp, spacious, and useful across marketing pages and app surfaces.

Find leads automatically.

Display

Use Geist or a system UI display stack for headlines, product titles, and confident campaign copy.

Reach out personally with drafts you review and send yourself.

Body

Use Geist or the platform system sans for paragraphs, cards, tables, and everyday interface copy.

Mono

Use Geist Mono only for IDs, scores, short metadata, technical labels, and structured snippets.

Layout and UI language

The brand should feel like the tool.

PounceBase works best with restrained product surfaces: white panels, subtle dividers, clear blue actions, compact chips, and readable lead information.

Surfaces

Use white or very light grey panels with thin neutral borders and restrained shadows.

Radius

Use 8px for controls, 10px for chips and small rows, and 12-16px for larger product panels.

Buttons

Primary actions use Action Blue or Ink. Secondary actions stay light with a visible border.

Product cues

Use lead rows, fit scores, status pills, filters, and draft previews to show the real workflow.

Voice and messaging

Helpful, direct, human.

The voice should be practical and clear. PounceBase can talk about automation, but the emphasis should stay on relevance, review, and human-sent outreach.

Default tagline

Find leads automatically. Reach out personally.

Short descriptor

Lead research and drafted outreach for teams who still want every message to feel personal.

Use phrases like

qualified leads, personal drafts, human-reviewed, human-sent, lead research, signal-based outreach.

Avoid phrases like

spray and pray, growth hacks, auto-send at scale, LinkedIn bot, guaranteed replies.

Governance checklist

Use it well.

These rules keep the brand recognizable and prevent confusion about what PounceBase does and does not automate.

Do

  • Use the supplied SVG files as the source of truth.
  • Keep clear space around the mark equal to at least one third of the square mark height.
  • Use the full lockup when people need to recognize or learn the PounceBase name.
  • Use the square mark for app icons, favicons, integrations, and compact UI.
  • Place the logo on quiet, high-contrast backgrounds.

Do not

  • Do not stretch, skew, rotate, crop, or redraw the mark.
  • Do not change the gradient, recolor the wordmark, or add shadows and outlines.
  • Do not place the logo on busy photography or low-contrast color fields.
  • Do not use the mark to imply partnership, endorsement, or account automation.
  • Do not recreate the wordmark in another typeface.
